The Wise Child
Purpose and Play Series
The Wise Child is a courageous, creative, and authentic state of being activated and alive. They are curious and intuitively know how to play. When individuals become estranged from their true selves, the play within us becomes elusive and our lives lose meaning.
We propose a two part activation series that uses a "play sandwich" as an invitation into a provocative playground. Interactive art opens participants to a learning exploration and then we integrate the learning with a dance party.
EARTH WISDOM & REGENERATION
How do we learn to listen again to the wisdom of a living earth? We become it. When we embrace earth wisdom as an integral part of our identities, we become available to innovation as we cultivate a deeper sense of purpose, belonging, and responsibility toward the Earth and all its inhabitants. This experience begins with a guided exploration of the wilderness within us on a HumaniTree collective canvas.
The dialogue that follows will consider innovative and regenerative action that blends traditional knowledge systems with indigenous wisdom. We finish with a dance party.
ROOTS & RESILIENCY
Who we are, and where we come from, are fundamental questions of our existence. This experience accesses ancestral wisdom to help us untangle from the conditioning of modern society. We begin with a guided artistic exploration of individual identity that opens into a dialogue with indigenous and community leaders. Together we weave the threads of our collective past and present into a vision for a harmonious and interconnected future. We finish with a dance party.
